Coach Marcus arrived at our son's baseball organization at the same time we began our travel ball journey. We were blessed to have Coach Marcus as our coach our first year. Coach Marcus brings an unmatched energy to the game of baseball and life every day. His constant structure and focus puts the players in the best possible position, mentally and physically, to be successful. For the past two years Coach Marcus has worked tirelessly to help our son grow both as a player and as a person. His instruction and guidance has, and always will, leave a lasting impression on our son.

My son was fortunate to have Marcus as a coach for 3 years. In that time, he learned invaluable baseball and life skills. He learned leadership and perseverance, built character, and achieved a higher level of play on the field. While baseball skills were always central to his training, the focus on character development was unmatched. My son matured so much in those 3 years and now is a leader on and off the field. He will take Marcus' lessons with him for the rest of his life and will always keep coach Marcus in his mind when playing baseball.

I am happy to have this opportunity to talk about Coach Marcus and the value he added to his team and my son’s baseball path. One of the most important qualities a coach must have, is the ability to lead and motivate players to play to their full potential. Marcus does just that. The year we played on Marcus’s team, will be one of those years we will remember and look back at with gratitude. Our son learned new skills and improved his pitching and fielding. Marcus also was effective at developing good team chemistry and helping us all (players and parents) to remember baseball is supposed to be fun. There’s a time to be serious and there’s a time to step back and enjoy. Marcus is a wonderful coach and a great person all around. I can’t say enough good about the time we had on Marcus’s team.
